Jiangmen Mingzhen Motor Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. was established in 2021. It is a large-scale, high-end seat cushion research and development and production factory established by Guangzhou Changlin Motorcycle Parts Factory to serve the major motorcycle manufacturers in Jiangmen, Guangdong (one of the three major motorcycle production clusters in China); and in 2023, the second Jiangmen factory (Jiangmen Changling Motorcycle Parts Co., Ltd.) was established;
In 1983, the company began to supply sponge products to Nanchang Hongdu Group. All products were produced and supplied according to military industry technical standards, accumulating a large amount of technical experience and data on sponge products;
In 2005, Guangzhou Changlin Motorcycle Parts Factory was established, and began to research, develop and supply motorcycle seats for major motorcycle manufacturers in Guangdong Province; and in 2010, Yingyu Electric Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. was established in Yulin, Guangxi, mainly for electric vehicle seats for electric vehicle manufacturers in Guangxi;
Jiangmen Mingzhen Motor Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. is located in Chaoyang Industrial Zone, Jiayao Town, Heshan, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 8,000 square meters. The second Jiangmen factory (Jiangmen Changling Motorcycle Parts Co., Ltd.) covers an area of 10,000 square meters, Guangzhou Changlin Motorcycle Parts Factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters, and Guangxi Yulin Yingyu Electric Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. covers an area of 5,000 square meters. The total area of the four major production bases is 35,000 square meters;
The company currently has more than 280 employees, including 8 technical development personnel, 30 management team members, and 20 with bachelor's degrees or above.
The company has a strong talent pool, including 5 senior production and technical personnel with more than 10 years of experience, possessing skilled and reliable production foundation for seat cushions.
The company owns advanced production and testing equipment, including: 3 sponge durable deformation devices, 3 sponge rebound devices, 3 sponge hardness devices, 4 sponge foaming devices (40 positions), 4 bottom plate impact devices, 4 injection molding machines (bottom plate forming), 2 iron bottom plate forming hydraulic presses, 16 metal stamping machines, 1 automatic cutting machine, 1 automatic punching machine, 3 leather tensile testing devices, 3 leather wear resistance testing devices, 5 high-frequency machines (embossing), 1 automatic screen printing machine, more than 60 leather sewing machines; and has passed ISO9000 quality system certification.
The company has 7 seat cushion assembly production lines, with a production and sales volume exceeding 4 million sets in 2022; As of June 2023, the company has more than 150 products in 7 major categories, including men's motorcycle seat cushions, women's motorcycle seat cushions, electric motorcycle seat cushions, electric bicycle seat cushions, lithium battery bicycle seat cushions, three-wheeled motorcycle seat cushions, and three-wheeled electric vehicle seat cushions; serving motorcycle manufacturers including Haojin, Dayun, Zhujiang, Tianyi, Yinhe, Wangye, Zhuofeng, Qingqi Guangsu, and electric vehicle manufacturers such as Yadi and Shenyuan.
At the same time, Mingzhen seat cushions are exported to more than 40 countries and regions, including the United States, the European Union, Japan, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Mingzhen seat cushions have more than 10 invention patents, utility model patents, appearance patents, and a number of innovative products, including: seat cushion nitrogen cooling technology (patent No.: 2023204629816), seat cushion line sewing waterproof technology (ZL 2010 2 0104813.2), electric vehicle spontaneous combustion and seat cushion automatic fire extinguishing alarm device technology (patent No.: ZL2022 2 1713988.2).
